To use TPlanzo as a travel agency or distributor, you must register an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and any sub-agent accounts you create.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, resell without authorization, or attempt to disrupt the services, including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and white-label portals.

4. Third-Party Suppliers

TPlanzo aggregates travel products from third-party suppliers. Bookings are subject to each supplier's own terms, fare rules, and cancellation policies, which you agree to pass on to your customers.

5. Payments & Billing

All fees, commissions, and subscription charges are payable as described in your plan. Refunds and cancellations follow the applicable supplier and platform policies.

6. Liability & Changes to Terms

TPlanzo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from supplier issues. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
